I wish I had an answer to that question..........We struggle with this also. I have been told "it takes time". Sometimes it is the small things that helps things change. It is VERY hard Sad

Feedback  RE: Teenage part not able to trust T
Can definitely relate. One of my son's teenage parts seems to be controlling all inside and is not allowing others to attend therapy. Until he can trust and permit others to share little progress can be made. It can be frustrating. I do believe it will work out however. He just needs time.

We have a similar problem, but it's not with a teen.

In our case, the rest of us just keep plugging away at whatever we can do. It's frustrating.
