If you don't have someone to share this day of love with, do what I am doing and what a friend is doing. I am going to a yoga followed by wine and chocolate night. She is doing bubble bath and wine and chocolate night. Doing things for ourselves. After all, while it is hard, loving ourselves is so very important. Taking steps toward it at least. You don't need wine. Or even chocolate. Just do something to tell all of your inner family that you love them.
