chronic pain

I have to take a daily dose of migraine pills along with a nasal spray that I must take on the onset of a migraine to try and keep my under a tolerable control. Has your doctor tried anything like that for you in order to try to at least manage yours a bit better. I am not saying that it completely makes them stop at all but it at least cuts back on having them daily to having them maybe a few times a week to even sometime only once a week. Just curious as I know how painful they are and how I just lie in bed crying and praying for it to be over with!! I have had migraines since I was 11 and I don't wish them on anyone as you know as well as I do they hurt so bad you would do anything just to pop your head off just to make them stop! I hope you are at least on the low end of the pain scale right now dreamers. Thinking of you and hoping today has been a better day for you!!

Better questions include, how are you dealing with the headache today? or Is it a relatively light or heavy headache day today? Also, If you could please render all home-remedy suggestions on paper where they can be more easily ignored that would be great appreciated because all such suggestions have the effect of making me feel blamed like if only I would ( suggestion here) all of this would go away.
