Too much sugar

We eat less and less sugar but last night we had non-dairy ben and jerry's. 2 bowls full. Not large but big enough. Then we had a couple of cookies that were not GF. At that to the fact that our diet has been screwed up over the past few days and....we are exhausted.@(
