Okay, the concept of a "crunchy" pillow isn't particularly attractive. First time I picked one up in Japan Town, SF, I thought: "They've got to be kidding." I don't know how many months it took for me to try one. It's not like resting on a sack of shredded wheat though, which is what I had expected. Really helps me, almost immediately. I use the flat variety, not the cylindrical. I know. Me and my exotic pillow remedy.
