Just talking  Tendinitis
We have a history of it that dates back to 1989-1990. Mostly in our right wrist. We're left-handed, so it's kind of ironic, but at least we're not impeded by doing most things that require the use of one's dominant hand.

The problem used to act up more back then than it does now. Back then we bought this ugly-@$$ canvas wrist brace that's oversized enough that we've had to wear a fingerless glove underneath. The brace has a removable metal thing that resembles a shoehorn. We've gotten a lot of use out of that brace.

Then a couple of weeks ago, the problem started acting up again. It started out as a pain in our elbow, and then the pain began radiating up and down our arm. We thought it was a pinched nerve. But when the pain reached our wrist and fingers, we knew that it was the tendinitis acting up again.

Finally, on an unrelated shopping trip, we got a new brace (above). This one is for women and fits much better. It also allows for eaier finger movement.

As for the latest flare-up, it's eased off some, but it's not gone completely. Computer keyboards, like many things, are biased toward right-handed people, so we have to contend with that.
