I have been on medication for almost 30 years. It was off and on as eventually everything stopped working.

Over a year ago my PDoc put me on a new Anti-D in the spring. It was working well for a few months. However, during the course of the summer I did nothing but sleep. I blamed it on the fractured ribs and then the weather... My energy would pick up for a bit and then I would sleep again, every time I sat in my chair.

I missed my pdoc appointment so I filled her in via email. She suggested I double the anti-d. After that I realized something. 1)I have a problem with one kidney and the drug discourages using it if there is a disease. We don't know the cause as of yet.

2) I forgot my evening dose of anti-anxiety for 2 days in a row. I am still tired today but my urges to self harm have abated and my mood is actually quite good.

My pdoc isn't so great with DID. And I am so terrible at coping with drugs.
