I felt horror, but also something was released

This morning I got up and then curled up on the chair an went back to sleep. When I awoke again I had a flashback. It was the beginning of something I had always remembered that was confusion in itself. The dark part sent me into shock. How it wasn't handled was nothing new. It was so confusing at the time. I didn't understand shock. Or why I was such a mess.

Since that night I had a memory of everything except for what happened. I remembered my mother on the phone. My brother coming home and my going to bed.. So very sorry for the me of that evening.
