Wheeeeee! Fast again, and let's hope it holds.

I did some stuff to stop a bunch of the spammer/bot bandwidth suckage and updated some of our plugins, but pretty sure the issue is not us, since I had that done a while ago, and no improvement. :p I'm still seeing high server loads, so whatever is causing that is up to tech support to deal with.

If you are loading slowly pls give me the url, the time it took to load, and what you were doing (opening a page, posting, etc). That would help.
