The hunt for a new psychiatrist

I hope you got the help you needed. I've never had to take antipsychotics (thus far, at least) but I did really intense therapy with a social worker for two years (weekly) and I still see him monthly. Talking and writing help me the most. In my experience, social workers are much better at giving coping and integration strategies than psychologists who are very theoretical and psychs who like to prescribe.
