Doing okay  Doing better
Sometimes after a really dark period it is like we have come out of a tunnel. That was today. We have recognized the darkness that we have been in. And we have always known that people avoid us when we have dark times. I think this is the longest one we ever had since entering therapy. Years in reality with brief breaks in between. While we have not sorted out how we will go about it we know that we need to work on how to keep away the greyness (no not Grey). The greyness is the constant depression we have been in. I think it shows in our aura and we repel people. We need to shake things up.
