Other/All/Unsure   lost
I have been feeling lost lately. I can't make any decisions or think about anything in regards to therapy or healing. I just feel lost with no direction to go in and even if I found the direction to go in, I couldn't go. I don't really know how to explain it.......all that comes to mind is the words lost.........just lost.............lost lost lost lost lost.

TW,

We hear you and empathize. We have felt lost in therapy at times. We hope you find clarity soon.

Thanks everyone. Maybe this is just the time to deal with every day life. That is what I am thinking now, well that is what we are choosing to believe and tell ourselves it is ok.
nats---do you really think we have done impressive things in T?

TW, we agree with nats that you have done impressive things in therapy. You have confronted lots of difficult stuff and taken steps forward despite how difficult it can be to so so. We applaud you for this.

Wow Thank you for saying that. We really needed to hear that from someone.
Sometimes everything feels so pointless and never ending.
Thanks again to both of you!
