A Wrinkle in Time - The People - 03-11-2018

Has anyone read these with their littles? We first read them pre-T. Loved them. We got this one for Chrismas a few years ago. We got a movie pass for Christmas so will be off to watch it this week. It was supposed to happen on the weekend but didn't. I am tempted to invite a friend but I think the littles will enjoy it more with no monominds around.

We didn't go. Two watched the videos and decided that it would be too scary. Ah well. We will wait until something more age appropriate comes along.

you've motivated us to check the trailers! hope you find something she likes soon Smile

There are a good few out there that we older ones would like. We just thought it would be nice for her to have a choice. Sadly this isn't it. She was so thrilled. The characters don't 'look' like the ones in the book.Oprah is in it. The main family is African American. We have no objection to that but it is not as it was in the book. It would have been better if they did it in a cartoon or something. She didn't like the Harry Potter movies either.

we've never liked the films of our books. we tend only to like the films of books we haven't read yet Smile
