Need to stop texting with sister - The People - 01-07-2018
Before Christmas I thanked my eldest sister for being there when I was a small child. She said I was her little girl. We have continued on but it is stilted and I cannot do it anymore. It upsets me the way she protects Dad for trying.She was gone with kids of her own when he was at his worst. She said "she must be coming out of a psychosis" when it came out about FOO secrets. I cannot forget that. Don't want to. And I don't want to pretend.
Also angry.

it's very confusing to have someone be supportive in one way (being there when you were a small child) and then deny that there was anything wrong. so sorry that your sister is unable to give you support. there's no reason why you should have to pretend. do what is right for you.

y last message made no sense so I am sure she thinks I am mad about things like getting the doll my sister asked for at Christmas. That it was how I was in shock on Christmas morning.
