because I feel like doing SFA these days. I am tired of volunteering. I am unmotivated to do anything but sleep. My house is a mess. My head is a mess. I need groceries because my fridge is empty but I don't care. My life just sucks.

any kind of meds were never consistent with us. would work for awhile and then just stop or not quite work properly. so we avoid as much as possible - not recommending this obviously, just mentioning our own experience. so sorry you're going thru this!

We did that for long time. We just hit a wall when we had to stop work and went inward quickly. The meds appear to be better today. Keeping busy is huge for us. And it has been happening for us.
