Drinking and dissociating - The People - 05-19-2016
We tend not to drink more than 1-2 beer or wine at a time. The drink issue runs strong on both sides of the family.
As can be seen on therapy page we had T last night and were dissociating a lot. Someone opened a bottle of wine that we were gifted. And there it sits empty. I do remember drinking it all but it was as if it was water. I think whoever drank it was someone who got stirred up from the sandbox exercise. While it is a good indication that we not drink after a T session I wondered if others have had such an impact from any sort of T session.
