Safety Contract - MakersDozn - 10-26-2015
Today, on behalf of our entire system, I wrote and signed a safety contract. It was completely my idea. If someone else in our system or someone on the outside had decided that we should do it, I would not have agreed.
We will be giving the contract to our T the next time that we see her.

The worst thing is having to hide the pain from everyone else on the outside and pretend that everything is fine. Most outside people are focused only on themselves and don't seem to care about other people. Even if they empathize, they don't truly understand.

Thank you. I have been doing better this week, and I have had good T sessions recently. Dealing with feelings is a daily struggle, though, and I hope that those in our system can work together on dealing with them.
