More news - The People - 07-18-2015
We are moving. We moved in here a year and a half ago, just before construction season. NOBODY TOLD US that construction included a complete make over for the cement building I live in. Constant drilling and hammering 8 hours plus 5-6 days a week. As we are night owls we were living on 3 - 4 hours of sleep. We complained to the company. Landlord must have gotten sh*t. They told me I could move without loss of DD etc. I wasn't going to move but his GF has become so rude to me that this was the finishing touch.
I have a small basement suite in the home of my stylist's parents. It is not fancy but I don't care. It is quiet and hey are quiet and in the long run I will save $200 a month. But I hate moving. 5th apartment in 10 years. Landlords always make it out that it is my fault but: mold, flood, bugs and now this. I feel like I am being sent a message.
