Moving into a crappy mood - The People - 06-17-2015
Part of it could be the BP drugs that I stopped completely today after going down to half. But as I was at an appointment I realized the date and know that there is a red dot one coming up in a few days. This one is weird. Some years it can go by without a hitch while other times suck the big one and I have to go hide in room 19 1/2 where I go UTB.
The dentist app't this week set me off. The woman at the .. long story made me nervous and anxious. Life sure does suck at times like this.

It didn't help that we had a sudden weather change. Major downpour after days oof sun. I don't know if it affects me more now or if I just notice it more.

When we switched from Effexor back to Prozac around 2009, it was like a light turned on. We were so much more functional. We mention this now because you said that you recently tapered off a BP med that was affecting you negatively. So it wouldn't surprise us if you were indeed noticing more.

Had a couple of good days now that it is out of my system. Getting out on my bike, A is around a lot which is always a good sign.
