we aren't really sure if we want to..... on one hand being multiple makes life harder and confusing.but on the other I kind of like it and I think if we each really understood ourselves and each other things wouldn't be so confusing .

nobody should be forced to integrate against their will and that includes insiders.

Integration is a personal choice. I don't think there is any "have tos" on this journey.

Hi Kitty family. I have been coming to MM for quite some time but am seldom on the boards. Nice to meet you.
My system has made it clear that they prefer not to integrate. As others have already told you, you dont have to do anything you dont want to. What ever works for your system is ok.

Nope. Only if we want to do so. And I know some people who claim to have done all that. They were working with Ts who were new at the game. I think the glue got wet and came undone.

no you don't have to integrate. I realized that to myself. my T asked me if I wanted to, I said no because all my alters wanted a voice and needed to be heard. I was talking to a friend about it and as I was talking, I realized something. I don't want to integrate because this is who I am and it has always been this way. I think to integrate will change me somehow. I like who I am for the first time ever cause I finally know who I am. I wish to stay this way.
