Lazy CS6 doodle - Twin Volition - 03-12-2014
Arlen did this a while ago. He says it's s***, but I like it, and I saw that there was a Visual Arts board, so I thought I'd share it. I hope he doesn't get mad that I posted it.
He got into digital painting very recently and now he wants to be a concept artist. He said he did this one to practice his anatomy, so if the figures look a little off, he's working on that.

Digital painting is the use of computer image-editing software such as Photoshop and Gimp to make paintings or drawings. It's a lot like normal painting, but just with a few extra tricks and without having to worry about things like drying time or running out of paint.

The actual process for complicated stuff usually takes a few hours, but the video is set in fast-motion so you can get a big-picture idea of what it's like.
