- Board of Directors
As the policymaking body responsible for Mosaic Minds, Directors are
involved in discussions about issues currently facing the community, as
well as strategic planning for the future. Directors bring with them their ability to take a global look at the goals and purposes of the organization, including the support site and community forums.
- Administrative Team
The Administrators of Mosaic Minds are all fellow survivors, volunteering their time and energy to help keep the community forums running as smoothly as possible. Administrators are responsible for keeping the forums "trimmed" to under 100k in size, in order to keep the forums a manageable size thereby helping us keep our bandwidth usage within the parameters our server requires of us. Administrators are also responsible for removing postings that violate the stated Community Standards.
- The Kids of the Kids Council
The Kids Council is made up of several kids and the PALs who look out for the Kids Forums. Together this council addresses issues that are specific to the younger members of our community.
- The PALs
PALs (acronym for Protect and Listen) are designated adults that look out for the Kids' Forums and help keep those areas of the Mosaic Minds Forums safe for our younger community members.
- Grievance Committee
The Grievance Committee was established early in Mosaic Minds existence, and was a wonderful experiment in community conflict resolution. There were problems regarding commitment and availability, though, and the Board of Directors is currently in the process of reviewing how this committee will function in the future.
- Public Relations Committee
The Public Relations Committee will oversee and manage interactions between Mosaic Minds, Inc. and the "outside" world of professional organizations, other like-minded web sites, etc.
- Bookstore Committee
The Bookstore Committee will help manage the information contained in the Mosaic Minds "Books and More Store," including book reviews.
- Reading Room Committee
The Reading Room committee members search the web for articles they find particularly interesting or meaningful to include in the Reading Room section of the site. The goal of the committee is to ensure the MM Reading Room has a comprehensive, up-to-date library available to those seeking information related to the challenges of living with dissociation.
- Newsletter Committee
The Newsletter Committee will be responsible for the periodic published newsletter.
