To begin, I have been working on skills to cope and do internal communication. I was diagnosed with DID three years ago. I live in a rural area in the States.

I often feel very alone in dealing with the intense, daily living that dissociation brings. I have a good therapist who is supportive and caring. The therapist often says I am not alone in this journey. I try to believe but I have a difficult time.

Sometimes I accept the DID and then I question.

I'm hoping to learn and share information about coping skills. I look forward to getting to know you.
