Hello
To begin, I have been working on skills to cope and do internal communication. I was diagnosed with DID three years ago. I live in a rural area in the States.

I often feel very alone in dealing with the intense, daily living that dissociation brings. I have a good therapist who is supportive and caring. The therapist often says I am not alone in this journey. I try to believe but I have a difficult time.

Sometimes I accept the DID and then I question.

I'm hoping to learn and share information about coping skills. I look forward to getting to know you.

RE: Hello
Welcome Indilee. I do hope you stay around. We have been coming here since our diagnosis and we found that it leaves us feeling less isolated and it also helps us learn some coping skills. IN fact, coming here is indeed a coping skill. Take good care.
