We missed pdoc today because we just couldn't fit her in. Slept last night as we had to drug selves for 2 fillings. So today was going crazy trying to get things organized for spray people (bugs but not bed bugs so I guess that is the one thing that could be worse. Had to bring cats over to church and one is so stressed out she would even come out of her carrier.

As I was packing them to go over a thought came to my head. It is never going to get any better for me. I am 55 and things just tumble down on me like an avalanche all my life.

So I decided that, if I don't expect things to get better it will be less stressful. Sounds pessimistic and I guess I am. But what else would I be with this f*ck*d up life?
