Angry and frustrated and confused!!!!!

Sometimes I just don't get this therapy stuff!!!!! and it frustrates the hell out of me. I want to be healthy and heal but when it comes to the past stuff..............I don't understand.
How am I supposed to heal from something that didn't happen to me? Ok I get that they are all a part of me but I can't heal from something that didn't happen to me!
And this feeling stuff..............I am told I need to feel what they felt and then it will become mine..........well why the hell would I want to do that???????? I don't want to feel that crap, are you kiddin' me!!!!!!!
And here I thought just knowing about it and trying to accept it was enough and then I get thrown this frickin' curve ball that hit me straight between the eyes!!!!!!! Anything else I should know about before I go any further into this???????????
