Down again

I was doing so well. I shouldn't brag about my progress as it always comes back to bite me in the *ss. I was doing so great, out biking and walking every day. But it was warm and sunny.
Then we had 2-3 horrible days of rain around the clock. My activities were stilted. I tried cleaning my house. I will admit that I got further this time but it is not enough. Nothing is enough.

When I volunteered that one day a week seemed to set me on a right path. Only it is over for the summer. There is a hospital up the street, well within biking distance. I may call them to see if I can set something up for the summer. I thrive best on routine. Even small routines.

Summer red dot day is coming. It is a little early to sink down but some years are worst than others. But I am still processing a flashback and T is away so I need to find an alternative way to do that. It is a complex one that is building for a while. Two found the two 4-year-olds well before Christmas.
