Auto drawing. someone inside inside drew it as I watched..

I had thought to draw. So got drawing book out n just let doodle a bit but then realised there was purpose to the pen moving, but I didn't know. Like I stepped back n watched someone draw this but not know who they are or their age or why or what they were drawing. Alot seemed like scribble. So thought maybe a child, but can't be too sure, certain images popped out so not sure who was but was like they were hidden from me even if I could see the drawing. They movedd all over page adding bit by bit in a way that seemed irratic to me but seemed to move with purpose to whoever was drawing. I'm not sure if anyone's had this before, or if someone inside trying to tell me something without triggering. Or sharing emotion. But here it is anyway
