I hate dealing with corporations. I hate dealing with customer service. And I really hate dealing with customer service at corporations.

That pretty much covers the waterfront. I've had my times with customer service, especially via those robotic emails with their fkng categories, or talking to reps on the other side of the world, the endless phone trees. I had a situation with MasterCard re division of a payment according to category interest rates; basically, they lied to both fm and to me.
In big and small enterprise, honor has gone the way of accountability, and of profit margin (now as much as you can get).
