Does it ever make you angry? - The People - 06-22-2019
I just watched a video of a teen recovering from cancer. She was on AGT (Talent) She got a golden buzzer. As did thw boy this year who suffered a combination of cancer and bullying. Golden buzzer.
Imagine going on stage and telling even part of your DID story. How we got here. How we cope. How we never got a free trip to Disneyland or a golden buzzer or a free cruise or a new car...
All of these people, the survivors, the causes, the funders.
Yet here we are, hiding in an attic. Nobody offers any of us free trips. They are afraid us or don't believe in us. Or we are 1/million with this condition (speculation is 1/100)
Do you ever get jealous of these kids and what they receive, gift wise and other wise.
Well, I would never envy a sick child doing one last thing before they die. But we are the shadows. Nobody notices. And while we want to be seen as normal we want someone besides our therapists to recognize the hell that we have been through~

If they ever do a V rated, R rated, or X rated prime time version of AGT then I'm sure the broadcasters would welcome our stories (lol). Even if we skip those bits mp just still scares some people
