going through some stuff. we're ok but injured which sucks. will be back when we can. hope everyone is doing ok!

Sorry to hear that Nats. I hope you feel better soon. When we got injured in the spring we were triggered a lot I hope you don't go through the same thing but if you do (common) remember the grounding techniques you use.

thanks both. we're starting to come round again, though maybe mostly reading for now. just wanted to say we're around. still healing, but able to walk again slowly, so kids are starting to accept that maybe we're 'not permanently crippled.' have learned that lack of mobility is not something we can cope with emotionally, not at all, and total respect to those who do.
