One alter is acting out sexually acting out again! - puzzle - 06-24-2016
I told you about one alter acting out and how my T sort of brokered and agreement between us. Needless to say, that agreement was broken. Then T brokered another deal which has been kept for nearly one week. But i am so incredibly tired and now T wants me to go into inpatient treatment so I do not end up in the mental health hospital again. Has anyone been to an inpatient facility designed to treat all your disorders?
Can anyone help me gain a little perspective to hold me together for just a few days until I can figure out a few things? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

we've not been inpatient for anything except physical stuff. littles found it scary but also an adventure. good luck with the process and hopefully others here can be more helpful.

No mainly just meds and some group therapy. Comfort and rest.
