Meditation - The People - 10-10-2015

If you are like me you have tried meditation in the past and said "meh! Doesn't work for me." When I made my last move I decided that it was worth further exploration. There are groups all over the city but because of my tendency to go off on other people's energy I choose to do it on my own. I have not gotten very far but I have started.

I was just looking on Facebook and came across osme articles from Psychology Today. Basic, and perhaps something people already know but I shall share them anyway. The bottom line is that everyone meditates differently, some with music, some in silence. Some with candles, others through reading followed by prayer (I am the latter) No right or wrong way but it does help me and many others that I know to find a better self. A calmer self
