need some ideas - dreamers - 07-01-2014

hi everyone,
i have a vision to start a new type of online community where littles and iks are treated like kids if they want to be and mentored and everyone has a chance to have role if they want to. Regardless of whether people have littles or feel ok with them being part theres accountability for offline goals and support for those who want that, and celebrating bdays and holidays together for those who want that... so heres the question how does one find a leadership team to get a project off the ground? note im not looking for volunteers just ideas how to find them. i envision this as a non-profit type thing btw.

hi dreamers,
didn't you start an online community already? was there anything from that you could use as a lesson? in terms of finding appropriate leaders, it's kind of a trial and error thing really. start with people who seem active and you feel comfortable with.

that's frustrating. hope you can find a new group to rebuild with.
