Ratings for posts are for the most part self-explanatory, and are your subjective choice based on the feelings you express in your post, or your assessment of the content of your post. The "Spiritual Content," "Caution," "May Trigger" and "SRA" (i.e., S*distic or S*t*nic R*tual Abuse) content ratings should take precedence over other possible ratings if the content of your post falls into one of these categories. The Spiritual Content and "SRA" ratings are intended for posts which have only a brief reference to those subjects. Posts which have significant spiritual content belong on Cafe Esprit, and posts which have details of SRA belong on Hard Hat Zone.

These ratings are a courtesy to readers, as it gives them an opportunity to decide if they are in a good 'space' to read the post. In the linear format, they appear on the title line to the left of the title text. They are, however, easy to overlook, so when reading a thread the readers are responsible for their own safety.
