Neither MosaicMinds nor its representatives pre-screen any messages posted to any forum. MosaicMinds Interactive Community Forums employs date aging algorithims on all forums which will be normally kept to under 100k size in order to manage bandwidth on our servers. The Communtiy Administrators delete messages beyond a certain date in order to meet that goal; the number of messages deleted during a trim are based upon that forum's traffic level. Highly trafficked forums (e.g., Welcome Aboard or the Steam Room) have short expiration periods (generally less than a week) while messages in other forums may have longer periods before they are purged. MosaicMinds does not archive any past messages; once they are deleted, they are gone forever.

The Civic Center
Civic Center Again, like in most cities, issues that affect the whole community are taken up at the City Hall in the Civic Center. If you have questions or concerns about particular postings in one of the forums, questions or concerns about how to do things, or how things work, stop by City Hall and leave a message. The Community Round Table is a password protected forum where the Mosaic Minds community periodically holds spirited yet respectful discussions about the policy and strategy decisions that face the community and the organization. Discussion is limited to a single topic at a time. Participation is by application, with concern and respect for the opinions of others being the hallmark of participation on this forum. In addition to City Hall and the Community Round Table, the adminstration of the MosaicMinds community goes on behind the scenes in private forums for the the Board of Directors, the Administrative Team, the Kids Council and the Grievance Committee. |
